Implementing DQNClipped and DQNReg Algorithms from https://arxiv.org/abs/2101.03958 in Stable Baselines 3: https://github.com/DLR-RM/stable-baselines3
Makes minor modifications to the SB3 repo's dqn.py and utils.py file
Also included are scripts for running the experiment, for plotting results, and results of the trials
