Invenio is a Notification Area Search Applet. It displays a small icon in the notification area, which when clicked, provides a little search dialog, allowing you to find documents, music, images, applications using keywords.

The search dialog can also be activated using the default keybinding of space. You can change this by editing the configuration file in $XDG_CONFIG_DIR/invenio/invenio.cfg.

The current indexing backend is tracker, though, it should be fairly easy to add support for other indexing backends.

Patches to fix bugs or TODO items are more than welcome.
