Noted.js is fully featured and highly customizible events library for JavaScript. It designed to be used inside of facade. With Noted.js you can easily implement publish–subscribe, TODO.
Originally Noted.js was designed for use with Backbone.js and depends on Backbone.Events. In future this will be changed in order to make it more lightweight.
Don't bother about initialization order.
broker.publish('event');
broker.subscribe('event', function (message) {
console.log('w00t!');
}, null, { delayed: true });
//=> "w00t!"
It give you ability to communicate in two ways through "model" of emitted message.
broker.subscribe('event', function (message) {
message.on('message_event', function (message, text) {
console.log(text);
});
});
var message = broker.publish('event');
message.trigger('message_event', 'Hey!');
//=> "Hey!"
